Find Your Bearings
1.0 Introduction

Starting a first job can feel like being dropped into the middle of a storm without a compass. The hours are long, the expectations are unclear, and the people around you are unpredictable. Some drift, some survive, some grow — but very few stop to ask: What am I learning here, and where is it taking me?
The purpose of this site is simple: to give you bearings. To help you see work not just as a paycheck, but as a classroom. Every shift teaches lessons — about character, about people, and about yourself.

Three things matter most in those early lessons:
-
Mission — knowing what you stand for.
-
Character — proving who you are when it counts.
-
Workplace Health — recognizing whether the environment around you is lifting you up or dragging you down.
If you can grasp these three pillars early, you will carry an advantage for life. While others wander, you will move with purpose.
